Janet Yang (BSc, MScPT)
Registered Physiotherapist
Specializing in Pelvic Health and Manual Therapy
Janet graduated from Queen's University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2016. She has been working in the field of private practice ever since.
Her treatment includes manual therapy, soft tissue release, individualized exercise prescription, acupuncture, and she is a certified K-taping therapist.
She has a keen interest in women’s health. She has completed Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Female and Male Urinary Incontinence, Level 2/3A: Female and Male Pelvic Pain, Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, Cesarean Birth, and Diastasis Recti Abdominis courses through Pelvic Health Solutions.

David Li (BHK, MScPT)
Registered Physiotherapist
Specializing in Manual Therapy and Sports Injuries
David graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2016.

David has completed advanced levels in The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the treatment of the neck, back, and extremities. His treatment approach focuses on an evidence based, hands-on, and client centered approach.
He delivers this through a combination of education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise prescription. He also provides cupping, IASTM, taping, and various other treatment techniques.

Carrie Chou (BSc, MScPT)
Registered Physiotherapist
Specializing in Pelvic Health and Sports Injuries
Carrie graduated from Western University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2020.
Carrie has extensive knowledge in women’s health. She has completed Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Female and Male Urinary Incontinence, Level 2/3A: Female and Male Pelvic Pain, and The Running Athlete from Pelvic Health Solutions.
She excels guiding her patients through the stages of pregnancy and supports them in returning to exercise in the postpartum period.
Outside of the clinic, Carrie enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, traveling, and trying out new baking recipes. If you have any baking recipes that “is not too sweet”, please share with her!

Jenny Lai (BSc, MScPT)
Registered Physiotherapist
Specializing in Paediatrics (Babies) and Pelvic Health
Jenny graduated with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Western University in 2020.

Jenny has an interest in treating babies and children who present with various physical conditions or injuries. Her work in this area includes helping babies reach their milestones, recover from injuries, and improve their physical function through engaging and age-appropriate therapy.

​Jenny also has experience with pelvic floor physiotherapy, a specialized area that addresses issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain and postpartum recovery. Her knowledge and skills in this domain have helped many individuals improve their pelvic health and overall well-being.
